ABOUT JAYNE


Jayne began her real estate career in 1996 in an administrative role. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2001 Jayne worked as a real estate assistant for both residential and commercial real estate agents. In 2002 Jayne fulfilled the requirements of joining the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Committed to over achieving, Jayne furthered her real estate license to that of Real Estate Broker in 2004.

Community development and planning initiatives are Jayne's two favoured areas to invest her volunteer energy. She is a Past President of her Community Association. An advocate of fairness and efficiency in urban growth and future land use decisions she is a strong supporter of her favoured political representatives.

Jayne lives with her husband Bruce Ottenbrite, their two teenagers and a special 4 legged friend "Stirling" in North Oshawa. In the past she has resided in Scarborough, Markham, Ottawa and mid-western Ontario and maintains ongoing knowledge of those real estate markets.
